Electric Connector or Socket

Nickel Strip
Description:
Nickel is the material of choice due to its low relative resistance and ease of spot welding. Steel is cheaper than nickel, hence nickel strip is suitable to use than steel. Nickel strip is generally used in battery building. Due to its efficiency high corrosion resistance over time. It has good properties and excellent resistance to many corrosive environments.
Usage:
Nickel strips are spot welded between all the cells of an lithium battery pack.
Epoxy Sheet
Description:
The epoxy sheet with excellent mechanical and dielectric properties are made of alkali-free fiberglass cloth impregnated with epoxy resin by hot-pressing process. The material is extremely strong and stiff, has a low coefficient of thermal expansion, and outstanding electrical properties. If handed improperly, the battery cells might probably be scratched, which will cause battery leakage and safety accidents. Therefore, the epoxy sheet is very ideal for li-ion battery insulation and packaging.
Usage:
It is used as a type of coating on metal surfaces to prevent corrosion. It absorbs heat. It is used for the insulation and encapsulation of lithium-ion batteries. Its flat and smooth surface as well as standard thickness tolerance allow the epoxy sheet to be used for electrical appliances, machinery, apparatus, and electronic parts which have insulation requirements
PVC Sheet
Description:
PVC laminates are multi-layered laminate sheets based on Poly Vinyl Chloride, made by compressing paper and plastic resins under high pressure and temperature. The PVC tapes can be used for insulation, protection, bundling, maintenance, colour coding and many other applications. The range also includes premium tapes with excellent characteristics for all types of weather and superior performance in cold conditions.
Usage:
It is typically used to create air-tight seals on PVC fitting covers or seal overlapping joints of PVC.
Wire & Accesories

Spacers/Cell Holder
Description:
Cell Spacers of varying thicknesses allow cells with 1 mm, 2 mm, or 5 mm optical path lengths to fit securely into a 10 mm cell holder. With the help of spacers we attach required cells for battery pack. Hence by connecting spacers we hold lithium ion cells together. Spacers are fitted on both sides of battery pack.
Usage:
SPACERS ARE USED TO HOLD LITHIUM ION CELLS.
Insulation Tape/Glycerine Tape
Description:
Electrical insulation paper is used to insulate battery pack because pure cellulose has outstanding electrical properties. During development, manufacturers of insulation paper need to test their products in order to ensure a consistent level of quality.
Usage:
It is used for heat absorption in battery pack to avoid short circuit.
